When Industries Unite Fraud Has Nowhere To Hide

The Foundation Structure

The iFraud Foundation is uniquely structured to ensure that we maintain diversity amongst our industry stakeholders and that we avoid the bureaucratic shortfalls that often hinder meaningful progress.  The Foundation is covered by two main bodies that work collaboratively in driving results, our Advisory Committee and our Board of Directors.

In addition to the Advisory Committee and Board of Directors, the Foundation is creating numerous Subcommittees to assist in keeping the Foundation connected with every aspect of the industry that impacts the stakeholders.
