V3: NYC Stage Accident Caught

Published: February 22, 2026

With client approval, iFraud received video footage capturing a coordinated staged commercial auto accident in real time: two vehicles repeatedly attempt a “stop short” scheme, using a lead car to abruptly brake and a second vehicle to manipulate positioning until the targeted commercial truck is finally forced into impact after multiple failed tries. The footage clearly documents the deliberate setup and execution of the collision — a textbook example of organized auto fraud that drives up premiums for businesses and consumers alike. This is precisely why the proposed reforms from Kathy Hochul targeting staged accidents and fraud rings are critical to reducing insurance costs and protecting honest policyholders.

V2: BTEA Scaffold Law Impact Study

Published: December 12, 2025

This video will is based on the recent report published by the , Building Trades Employers’ Association (BTEA) and HR&A Advisors, Inc.  It presents an analysis of the economic impact of New York’s Scaffold Law by comparing its absolute liability standard to a comparative negligence model used in other states.

The core findings estimate that New York City’s current insurance costs for construction are two to five times higher than under a comparative negligence model, accounting for 8–10% of total development costs.

V1: Alabama vs AMRS

Published: December 12, 2025

This educate video examines a complaint filed by the State of Alabama against numerous defendants, including South Alabama Medical & Rehab LLC (SAMR), two law firms, and several individuals, alleging violations of the Alabama Deceptive Trade Practices Act. The complaint outlines a scheme where "runners" allegedly obtained accident victims’ contact information—sometimes illegally—and deceptively solicited them under the guise of being a "patient insurance advocate" to receive "free" medical treatment at SAMR.
